[ESIP-AQ] exceptional event NC 6/11 and 6/12

Hyde County fire burned over 40,000 acres in NC.  Wondering if we can do 
the CATT trajectory thing for 6/11 and 6/12.  Would really help me out 
with the exceptional event report.  Thanks.   This is my first time
