[Esip-sample-curation] Poll for monthly calls (complete or reply by April 1st)

Hello Everyone,

We need to revisit the meeting time for this group.  The current time is a
conflict for many individuals.  To keep it simple, we will keep it as the
third week of the month, but need to change day and time.

Note the poll only has one time (Monday's at 4pm ET). I asked for
constraints from members.  Andrea sent her suggested times, Megan asked us
to consider the existing ESIP Telecons (
https://www.esipfed.org/calendar/telecon-calendar), and I also took into
account Lesley being in Australia (and conflicts on Tue/Thurs).  With these
constraints, we are left with one time.
