Regarding keeping a separate work and personal identities in Google, I 
have tried to do that.  It makes life very difficult.  I am constantly 
having to switch identities because Google knows who I am and won't let 
me be two users at once.  And, even with that I find professional stuff 
landing in my personal account.  I don't know how that happens.  I chalk 
it up to Google knowing all.   I don't like it.
