[Bessig] Boulder data wiki

Hi Jeff and data people,

I'd like to remind you of the Data-based conference which NCAR will
have the pleasure to host next April in Boulder. We are still seeking
talks and tutorials (and one about this wiki will be cool). Only a
short abstract is needed for submissions. The deadline is next Sunday,
but it might get extended by a few days. See
