[Bessig] Boulder data wiki

Hi Davide,

Thanks for the pointer.  I'll be traveling so won't be able to attend but
it looks interesting.

The Boulder Data Hub (as I'm calling it now) has evolved quite a bit in the
last month - http://geodesystems.com/repository/alias/boulderdata

On the Earth data side the Hub has real-time data from the SNOTEL network,
Met stations and stream gauges (State of CO, not USGS).  There is also some
very cool aerial imagery from 1937 of the Boulder area.
