[Bessig] informal BESSIG meetup for software discussions?

Ah, thanks Ruth, folks had expressed an interest in a more casual
get-together, early evening, possibly drinks, comfy seats but not so loud
so we could have a conversation. I just naturally assumed we'd all want to
talk code ;)?
