[Bessig] informal BESSIG meetup for software discussions?

I'm interested. How about meeting in the St. Julien. If we go at 4PM, it
shouldn't be loud yet. They have a side-room that holds 25.

I didn't make it to the meeting at Alfalfas. Did that not work out well?
