[Esip-agclimate] Fwd: Doodle poll "Scheduling Esip-agclimate telecon"

So, I guess before the long weekend might not have been the best time to 
get everyone to the poll. :-)

Here's the current status:
- 8 of 16 have responded.
- Only time slots Carol has available are today (9/3) 2-3 pm EDT and 
Friday (9/6) 2-3 pm EDT  and 4-5 pm EDT. She's out next week. Especially 
because this will be our first telecon, I'd like to have her present.
- If the time slot indicated by the poll is not one of Carol's available 
slots, the other option would be for me to talk with her separately 
(about materials for presentations to USDA) and for the rest of us to 
have the telecon at whatever time slot the poll result indicates.

I'd like to have at least a majority of the responses before closing the 
poll. So, if you've not already done so, please respond to the poll as 
soon as possible. Please note, again, that all times shown in the poll 
are Eastern time.

Tentative telecon agenda items: (1) Preparation for presentation to CCPO 
and LTAR, (2) inventory of relevant ESIP assets, and (3) planning for 
ESIP Jan. 2014 meeting.
