[Esip-agclimate] Agriculture & Climate telecon November

Hi, everyone:

Turned out tomorrow the 17th also has too many schedule conflicts. So, 
we're rescheduling our telecon to early next week. I'll notify everyone, 
once we have a final date/time, with an agenda.
