[Esip-agclimate] Meeting cancelled!

Hello Agriculture and Climate Cluster Friends!
Let's cancel this month's meeting in favor of finding a time each
month we can find a critical mass to track the full sensing data workflow!
So there will not be an Ag-Climate cluster call in September, but we will
resume in October with ideas about this new theme!
