[ESIP-all] DODS-ESIP <-- NVODS-ESIP

Dear Everybody,

Because of the separation of DODS into two components,

The National Virtual Ocean Data System which is oceanographic
   specific,

and

The OPeNDAP DAP .. the underlying infrastructure that is
   discipline neutral,

we wish to formally change the name of the DODS-ESIP to the 
   NVODS ESIP,

which will more accurately reflect our current and future
role in the Federation.
