[ESIP-all] Summer Meeting - A Few Reminders

Thanks to all who have registered for the ESIP Federation meeting in
Asheville, North Carolina.  Attendance appears to be strong.  For those
who have not yet registered, our stated deadline has passed but don't
fret, the registration system remains open for business.  We ask that
all registrations be completed by August 6, 2004.

 

The hotel has graciously extended the deadline for making your room
reservation until August 6, 2004.  If you have not secured your room
yet, please do so soon.  There are only a few rooms left for at least
one of the nights.  If you run into trouble making a reservation because
the room block is full, please let me know and I can work with the hotel
to expand the room block.  Use the following link to make your

6.  Reservations made after this deadline will be subject to the
prevailing market rate ($150'ish/night).

 

If you are planning to attend the opening night Opportunity Fair, we
need to hear from you now.  The Opportunity Fair is designed to be
interactive and only will be successful with your active participation.

for more information and to access the form needed to submit your ad(s).
We expect a lot of excitement during this session, with the end result
being new projects, new project partners and a lot of innovative ideas.
The deadline for submitting your ad for the Opportunity Fair is August
7, 2004.
