[ESIP-all] Federation Summer Meeting

The deadline for registering for the June 13-16 ESIP Federation Meeting is
fast approaching.  To guarantee space for the poster session, a ride to the
San Diego Supercomputing Center and for ease of registration on site, we
must have your registration completed by May 31, 2005.  To register (or to
check out the latest program information), go to www.esipfed.org/meeting.

 

The room block for the hotel has closed.  However, I was able to secure a
very limited, private block of rooms that I can assign to those still
needing a room.  These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
If you still need a room at the Mission Valley Doubletree Hotel, please
contact me directly.  I will need a credit card number to guarantee the room
for you.

 

Earlier in the week I sent a request for nominations for Federation offices
for the 2005-06 term.  If you would like to run or nominate, please send me
that information by June 6, 2005.  We plan to conduct our elections
electronically this year, with the results being announced in San Diego.
