[ESIP-all] Early Bird Registration for ESIP Federation Meeting Ends May 31

The 2007 Summer ESIP Federation Technical Meeting will be held in
Madison, Wisconsin July 17-20, 2007.  The meeting is being hosted by
ESIP Partners at the Space Science and Engineering Center at the
University of Wisconsin.  Full meeting information can be found at

posted.  All invited plenary speakers are now confirmed.
 
Meeting Registration
Registration for the meeting is open.  Early bird registration continues
through May 31, after which, the meeting fee rises.  
 
Registration Fees are as follows:
Early Member (before June 1) - $250 
Early Nonmember (before June 1) - $325 
Late Member (June 1 and later) - $325 
Late Nonmember (June 1 and later) - $400

Registration is payable by VISA/MasterCard. Checks should be made
payable to the Foundation for Earth Science and mailed to: Foundation
for Earth Science; 7009 Oakview Lane; Charlotte NC 28226. The early
registration deadline is May 31, 2007. Limited on-site registration will
be available.
 
Meeting Venue and Lodging
The meeting will take place on the campus of the University of
Wisconsin-Madison. Most meeting activities will take place in the Pyle
Center, one of the University's conference facilities located at 702
Langdon Street, Madison WI 53706. Wireless Internet will be provided
throughout the conference.
 
Lodging for the conference will be provided by the University in the
Barnard Residence Hall. Barnard Residence Hall offers both single
occupancy rooms and a limited number of double occupancy rooms. A single
gender bathroom is conveniently located on each floor and includes
private shower areas. Guests may use the kitchen, lounge area and
laundry facilities at their convenience. On-site desk services are
provided at the main entrance. The first floor lounge provides a
television, computer and piano for use during your free time. Barnard
Hall is in walking distance to all of the ESIP meeting events.
 
Barnard Residence Hall is located at 970 University Avenue, Madison WI
53706, 608-890-1645 (front desk). To book your campus hotel room, visit:

reservations. The rate for staying in the Residence Hall is:
 
$161.25 per person single occupancy (this rate is for 4 nights' lodging
& cannot be prorated)
$107.25 per person double occupancy (this rate is for 4 nights' lodging
& cannot be prorated)
 
The rate includes a daily breakfast at Gordon Commons and is offered as
a package only. No refunds or prorating will be made for evenings of
lodging that are missed. Rooms are available beginning Monday, July 16
through Friday, July 20th. All lodging reservations must be made by
Monday, June 25th.
