[ESIP-all] news items for newsletter

As I mentioned in a previous email, we are preparing to launch a bi-monthly
newsletter that includes news from the federation.  As a group, ESIP does
some tremendous work and we would like to get the word out about all of
these efforts to other members, interested agencies and the public at
large.
In particular, we would like to highlight partner works, presentations and
other important news.  the newsletter will also include upcoming grant
opportunities, a calendar of events and potential solicitations for
collaborations.  It is important that we get the word out to our sponsors
about all the great work we do as an organization.

The deadline for news this issue is this Friday, October 16th.  Any
information is welcome, long or short
