Thanks for this invite. I was impressed with the range of Hook Hua's
coverage of various workflows and may be he has already answered this and I
missed it, so pardon my repetition: How does an organization develop
strategy to marshaling or streamline the rapid proliferation of workflows
(into fewer/faster workflows)? Clarification: for every task, there is
apparently a need for a customized program written, wiki established etc. I
was hoping to get a general feel for that, but the presentation dived right
into software products and architecture (and seemingly never resurfaced, for
me)...good effort, BTW, author clearly knows what he is talking about.
