[ESIP-all] Membership applications

Dear Partners,
There are three new membership applications that have been posted on the
wiki for Sonoma Technologies, University of Delaware and Northrup Grumman.
They have been given approval by the partnership committee and are now open
for comment
 Please take the time to review the applications over the next 30 days.  The
comment process will end June 17th and the voting will be then be open to
membership for final approval of the new applications.  The applications can
