Hi All -

Apologies for the double email this morning. I wanted to make sure that the
*2012 Winter Meeting

didn't get lost in the Monday Update*. All meeting details can be found on

looking forward to seeing many of you there!

*ESIP News: *

We have developed* two new ESIP awards *that will be awarded along with the
Martha Maiden Award at the Winter Meeting to recognize outstanding effort
from the ESIP community. *Nominations are due Dec. 1*:

   1. President's Award <http://esipfed.org/presidents-award> - This award
   is proposed to honor an individual who has made the most significant
   contribution to the Federation in the previous year. This award will be
   given annually at the ESIP Winter Meeting. The awardee receives a plaque.

   2. ESIP of the Year <http://esipfed.org/esip-year-partner-award> - This
   award is to honor an ESIP partner organization that best exemplifies the
   Spirit of ESIP in one or more areas. This award will be given annually at
   the Winter Meeting. The member organization will receive a plaque.
