[ESIP-all] ESIP Summer Meeting Registration Live - F2F and Virtual

Hi All -

*2012 ESIP Summer Meeting registration is
open*<http://www.regonline.com/Register/Checkin.aspx?EventID=1078265>for
both in person and virtual attendees. Rates for in person are
$395/members and $495/non-members through June 15, when rates go up $100
for both members and non-members. The virtual attendee rate is $50/members
and $80/non-members. Virtual participants will be able to watch streaming
feeds of the plenary sessions and participate in breakout sessions of
interest to them.

*Hotel:* <http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/Summer_2012_Meeting#Hotels>Several
small blocks of rooms have been reserved at a variety of hotels near the
University of WI Pyle Center. The government rate is currently $88/single
or $108/double.  Shuttles are available from all hotels to/from the airport
and to/from the Pyle Center. No code is needed, just call the hotels
directly to make your reservation. The room reservation cut-off date is
June 15, 2012.

      member or collab lead to submit a session.
      - July 17 will be a full day of workshops. Wednesday morning, July
      18, will be the opening plenary session.
   - DataOne and other groups are co-locating their meetings with us. Stay
   tuned for additional registration information for these activities.
