[ESIP-all] HDF Workshop/Townhall at the upcoming ESIP Meeting

Hello all,

You probably remember that the HDF Workshop has been held along with the summer ESIP meeting for the last few years. We will be continuing that tradition this year with the workshop on July 24 or July 23-24. Last summer we had four sessions: Integrating ISO Metadata into HDF Products, HDF in the Cloud, HDF Communities of expertise, and a discussion.

This workshop is typically centered on topics that are of interest to users. One suggestion that has already made is the transition from HDF4 to HDF5. If you would like to contribute to this discussion or to suggest other topics, please let me know.

Creators of tools that work with HDF are important contributors to this workshop. If you have developed HDF tools that you would like to share, this workshop is a great venue for you.
