[ESIP-all] Building a SpatioTemporal Feature Registry

Often challenged with chasing down appropriate and/or best sources for
spatial features and associated information? Intrigued by the idea of a
Spatial Feature Registry?

You’re in luck! As part of the USGS effort to build a National
Biogeographic Map (NBM), the NBM developer team has started conceptualizing
a Spatial Feature Registry. The team thinks the resources being developed
have broad applicability within the science community and they would like
to engage YOU, to determine how this effort could become a community
resource.

In partnership with USGS, we are gathering ideas around this effort using
the Ideascale platform. This is a great opportunity to interact directly
with USGS as their team develops this resource! Read more and submit your
