[ESIP-all] ESIP Machine Learning Cluster seeks community input by 11/16

Hi ESIPers,   

You may be aware that a new cluster on machine learning is forming, our wiki space is here:  http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php?title=Machine_Learning.    

In order to help guide us in where to best place our efforts, we are asking the community to take a brief survey regarding their interest and experience with machine learning, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/QF3S3BN.    Will you please take the survey?   Only eight easy questions, short!   We'll close the survey on Fri, 11/16.    Join us on our telecon on that very day if you'd like to hear early returns.

Also, we expect to hold a session for the 2019 Winter meeting, where we'll introduce the cluster and hear from some members who are using machine learning now.   Look for that when you plan your meeting.
