Hi all,

We have an opening at Unidata. If you could pass this along to anyone you
think might be interested, I would be most grateful.

Thanks,

Ethan

Unidata <https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/about/tour/index.html> is looking for
a scientific software developer to help us help scientists access the Earth
system science data that fuels their research. You'll have a chance to work
with a great team at the Unidata Program Center and an enthusiastic open
source community to test, maintain, and develop Unidata software projects.
This position will focus on supporting and developing the Unidata AWIPS
<https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/awips2/> package. AWIPS (the
Advanced Weather Interactive Processing System) is the meteorological
display and analysis package used at US National Weather Service forecast
offices. Unidata AWIPS is a version of the NWS AWIPS that has been modified
and repackaged for non-operational use for research and education.
