[ESIP-all] No GSoC this year for ESIP

Hey all -
I'm sad to say no GSoC this year for ESIP. Approved organizations
<https://summerofcode.withgoogle.com/organizations/?sp-page=5> were
announced today and we weren't among them. Seems to me there was A LOT of
turn over and fresh faces added this year... which I suppose is a good
thing.

We'll try again next year, I'm still quite proud that we were selected the
past two years among such a competitive group.

If you're still interested in doing your project this summer and want to
think creatively about how we can encourage student engagement, please do
be in touch.

Cheers,
Annie

Thank you for applying to be a Google Summer of Code 2020 mentor
organization. Sadly, we were unable to accept ESIP this year. We had many
more applications than available slots. We hope you will apply again in the
future!
