Dear Scientists/Data Managers,
Greetings! You are being invited to take part in a study on science data management because you are a critical agent as data management is part of your work. Your participation is completely voluntary and responses will be kept confidential. The research is being conducted by researchers at the University of Tennessee.
I know your time is valuable, but by taking around 10 minutes to participate in this study, you will inform future data management education for science data. An increased understanding of jobs that contain data management should improve access and use of data to benefit all of society.
Follow the link for more information:

You will be asked to describe your job tasks and background. Your responses will be anonymous and linked by a unique identifier for any analysis; however, all findings will be reported in the aggregate.
I greatly appreciate your contribution to the study.
Thank you.
Sincerely,
