Dear all,

NOAA's Office of Ocean Exploration (OER) is seeking a contractor with
expertise/experience with AI and the Cloud to develop a roadmap for the
program to incorporate the use of AI, Machine Learning, and cloud
technologies into OER's datasets and data workflow. This includes datasets
and workflows associated with NOAA Ship Okeanos Explorer, the US' first and
only federal ship with a mission to explore the unknown ocean for the
purpose of discovery, and future ocean exploration vessels.
