NASA has a solicitation out to fund the next GLOBE Implementation Office. The very brief letter of intent is due Oct 6th and the full proposal is due Dec 20th. My understanding that the solicitation is broken into 3 separate opportunities to help groups focus their proposals on the area they are most equipped and interested in. It may be that a group of ESIP Partners might be interested in implementing GLOBE and increasing its engagement with the broader audiences that ESIP strives to address.
