[ESIP-AQ] Help with Desktop viewer prototype

Hello AQ working group,

The DIAL project is putting together a prototype desktop NO2 data  
viewer for the workshop and to help spur conversations about how  
decision makers might use such tools in the near future.

We have a LOT of questions...
