[Esip-biodata] Mailing List for ESIP Biological Data Standards Cluster

This note is to let you know that we will now use
esip-biodata at lists.esipfed.org for communications related to the ESIP
Biological Data Standards Cluster. This replaces the previous mailing list,
esip-biodatastandards at lists.esipfed.org, which is now considered deprecated
and all subscribers of the previous list have been moved to the new list.
