Depends by what is meant by 'spin-off' I suppose, but Kai's text
reflects my understanding as well.

Yes.  This has been discussed before and recently --- see [1 - 5].  It
appears Google Analytics is a already running (see [5]) but there is an
issue with access at present.  I have submitted a new issue (
https://github.com/ESIPFed/cor/issues/65) mostly so I/we don't forget
about it. :)

Also, I have proposed sending out a survey in [2] in an attempt to get
more information about the who, how and why around SWEET.  I'm not sure
there's interest, or perhaps bandwidth, but I think any results of this
nature would be very useful.
