[Esip-cor] Establishing a dedicated email for COR notifications

Hi Dan,
We would like to set up a dedicated email for COR admin email notifications.
We are tracking this work through https://github.com/ESIPFed/cor/issues/53
Are you able to set up an email address for us? Say cor-admin at esipfed.org<mailto:cor-admin at esipfed.org> ?
We would need the following info

Email address
Password
Email Server host
Email server port
Email protocol i.e. smtp/smtps
