[Esip-dds] A data life cycle model

Hi,

I propose we use the CENDI IWGDD life cycle model.  I made a page with

Please provide comments.

Our next step is figure out how to use this material to distribute and 
summarize the results of the literature review task, yes?

Any thoughts on moving forward?
