Hi all,

I lied.  Let's not meet today.

After further thought it seems to make more sense for us to collaborate 
on the outline individually rather than as a group on the phone.  I 
invite you to check out Chris' most recent outline,

   Please comment or add material that particularly struck you from the 
meetings.

I will post my own notes from the meetings (or otherwise find where I 
misplaced them in the wiki) and send a pointer, in case that might spark 
some comments.
