The OGC Call for Participation is out. It is a great opportunity to get funded and participate in advancing relevant technologies to share Earth Science data.

Bidders conference is Tuesday, 7 February 2017 at noon US Eastern Standard Time.

The Testbed 13 will advance seamless integration of numerical models, sensors, social networks and other geo-information data. The testbed will focus on the challenges related to the coordination of multi-regional operations and messaging related to the displacement and mass movement of populations in response to conflict, such as the exodus of people from the Middle East to multiple nations in Europe.
