Also, there is an opportunity to work with the rebooted ESIP Discovery Cluster which met last week. They are seeking ways to discover data based on the way that people are using it. Our Disasters cluster focuses on understanding the end user Use Cases to find relevant candidate data sets while it is the end users who evaluate and assign ORLs.
