[Esip-disasters] Idea for Announcements

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the idea. A more feasible/scalable idea is for chairs to open up
the most recent ESIP Update at the start of each telecon and report
anything in the ESIP news section, as that will always be where we have our
most recent updates on ESIP Meetings and anything else big happening. I
will continue to attend cluster telecons as I hope that I do more than
provide ESIP announcement updates, but I appreciate you trying to save some
of my time.
