Subject: Re: Idea for Announcements
Hi Dave,
Thanks for the idea. A more feasible/scalable idea is for chairs to open up the most recent ESIP Update at the start of each telecon and report anything in the ESIP news section, as that will always be where we have our most recent updates on ESIP Meetings and anything else big happening. I will continue to attend cluster telecons as I hope that I do more than provide ESIP announcement updates, but I appreciate you trying to save some of my time.
Have a wonderful week,
Megan

Hi Megan,
I hope you don’t read this until your are back from vacation. It might be nice to have a PPT slide of any ESIP announcements available off a Google Drive folder that we can use at the beginning of each cluster call. That way you won’t have to attend to make announcements (unless you love us so much you want to be there)…then we can make a point of going over any ESIP announcements ant the start of each meeting…and the ESIP staff can contribute to that slide with any announcement that is relevant. It can be a living slide… 😊
Regards,
Dave
