[Esip-discovery] Concerning use of 'rel' attributes, in service casting and more generally

Chris et al,

I am thinking about an alternative proposal for how to use the 'rel'
attribute and another attribute to capture all of the information we
want in <link> tags.

It would help to have a telecon in which I could informally gather
folk's feedback and other good ideas that may be out there.
Is this possible?
