[Esip-discovery] ESIP Discovery Testbed telecon

[Hua, Hook (388C)]

It looks like we have a quorum. Poll results show the best time overall for
the Disocvery testbed telecon is next Friday, Nov 18, 2011 at
1:00pm PST / 2:00pm MST / 3:00pm CST / 4:00pm EST

We'll send out a reminder later next week.
