The next Discovery cluster telecon is Tuesday, Feb. 14 at 4:00 ET.  Agenda and call details are below and posted on the wiki. If you have additional topics for the agenda, email the list or update the wiki.  We will mostly be talking status updates about new DCPs from the Winter Meeting.

1. Recap of Winter Meeting (if needed)
2. Status of new DCPs
	a. DCP-4: Use of xlink attributes in Atom <link> tags
	b. DCP-5: Use of OpenSearch <Query> tags for valid parameter values
	c. DCP-6: Replace overloaded time:start and time:end tags with dc:date
	d. DCP-7: define error handling best practices

To start or join the online portion of the meeting:

	1. Click join next to the meeting name. (Note: If the meeting has not yet started, join will not be visible, and it will say 'Display Info'. Wait a minute and refresh screen)
