[Esip-discovery] CMR OpenSearch url

All,

we have successfully deployed CMR's OpenSearch API to the CMR 
environment. We encourage you to use the following urls when interacting 
with our OpenSearch API

Production: https://cmr.earthdata.nasa.gov/opensearch
UAT: https://cmr.uat.earthdata.nasa.gov/opensearch
SIT: https://cmr.uat.earthdata.nasa.gov/opensearch

Over the next few weeks we will be retiring the following URLs in ECHO

Test Bed: https://testbed.echo.nasa.gov/opensearch *01/18/16*
Partner Test: https://api-test.echo.nasa.gov/opensearch *01/20/16*
Operations: https://api-test.echo.nasa.gov/opensearch *02/03/16

*We will, however, be redirecting requests to the above ECHO urls to 
their CMR counterparts for a period of time.
