[Esip-discovery] [EXTERNAL] Call for Participants in Usage-Based Edition of the Data Discovery Cluster

Following on our ESIP Winter Session, “"Connecting Data with Data Usage: a Graph Approach", we are rebooting the ESIP Discovery Cluster in a Usage-Based Edition.
