[Esip-documentation] ACDD status

I like product_version since it is useful, clearly applies to the 
current version of the data, and is a separate attribute (so this info 
doesn't need to be extracted from e.g., history).

I think software_version is trouble.
* What software is this the version number of?
* This only works if the data just goes through one software program. As 
soon as there is a second processing step with other software, it just 
becomes confusing or out-of-date. That's what 'history' is for. Yes, 
'history' is only semi-structured, but it can deal with multiple 
processing steps and can include date, software name, software version, 
and software parameters.
