[Esip-documentation] geospatial_lon_min, geospatial_lon_max for RAMSSA dataset

Hi All,

The GHRSST RAMSSA gridded data, which is based around the Australian region
is a slightly peculiar dataset wherein, it crosses the International Date
Line. It might not be strictly CF compliant because the longitude values
are not monotonic. So, the longitude values range increase from 60E all the
way till 180E/W and then decrease to -170 (170W)

How must the geospatial_lon_min and geospatial_lon_max values be encoded
for this dataset, in accordance with ACDD 1-3?
