[Esip-documentation] ESIP ISO Explorer Wiki Missing Information

I was using the ESIP ISO Explorer wiki [
http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/MI_Metadata] and I noticed two pieces of
information are missing.

   1. On the MD_DataIdentification page [
   http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/MD_DataIdentification] there should be
   some reference to the fact that MD_DataIdentification extends
   MD_Identification.
   2. The code list page [
   http://wiki.esipfed.org/index.php/ISO_19115_and_19115-2_CodeList_Dictionaries]
   is missing CI_TelephoneTypeCode (figure 21 in the ISO dcumentation).
