[Esip-documentation] Codelist updates

All,

The questions brought up by Nathan last week ended up triggering a number of updates to the ISO 19157 and 19115 codelists. The ISO git repository now has a branch called codelistUpdates (https://github.com/ISO-TC211/XML/tree/codelistUpdates). There are changes to the gml and cat codelists for 19115 and also new cat and gml codelists for 19157.

If you have a chance to look at these files and still see problems or have questions, please let me know…
