[Esip-drone] OGC sUAS WG request for comment, and summer workhsop

Hi, this is Don,

I would like to respectfully suggest we broaden the scope to "exploring synchronizing efforts around science drone data best practices in the Americas and the Caribbean".
This increases the alignment with UNISDR GEO Regional perspectives.

Thoughts ?
