[Esip-infoquality] Poll regarding our regular monthly telecons

I have now included a few additional times for consideration in scheduling our regular monthly telecons. I would appreciate a quick response so that I can inform the invited speakers if we make a change.

In today's telecon, it was suggested that I expand the options in the poll. I am still working on it to make sure I take some constraints in to account. Thanks to those who responded quickly, but I request everyone to hold off until tomorrow. I will send out a follow-up message when I am ready, and I will rest everyone to respond to the broadened poll.

All,

There are some folks with other regular meeting at the time we have been holding our telecons. So, I would like to consider moving it to another day of the month. I would appreciate your filling out a poll to arrive at a consensus. I am using a Google sheet for this poll rather than Doodle because I have not been able to figure out how to specify the options I want. (I don't want to include specific dates, but indicate 1st, 2nd, etc. Thursday of the month.). Please type your name and enter a "1" for the days that work for you. I would appreciate your responses by February 15, 2017. Your responses will affect the scheduling of some of our invited presentations, and I will need to contact the invitees to reschedule. So, I would appreciate your prompt attention to this.
