[Esip-infoquality] Schedule change for monthly telecons

Please note that based on the feedback I received from many of you in response to the poll at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/16pidO05zT-cLrNqLRuUVEP7CWSZc_HIfbcrZf8sCoWg/edit#gid=0, we will have the future monthly telecons on the second Tuesday of each month at 11 AM Eastern Time (8 AM Pacific). Please mark your calendars. I will send reminders as the meeting days approach.
