Hello all,

There seem to be permission issues with the agenda (possibly due to NOAA
settings for the agenda), major apologies.

For some clarification: The "Repositories" tab on this spreadsheet is
intended as a place to start collecting information on what standards and
vocabularies each repository requires or utilizes (if any).
